Come in and try our Infrared sauna!! Sauna Therapy is great for promoting healing through out the body. infrared saunas heat the body from the inside out. Saunas have proven to help with healing, relieving muscle aches and pains, weight loss and can even help in reducing cancer cells.  We offer our sauna sessions either by themselves or you can pair them with a massage. sessions can include Chromotherapy. which is a therapy that involves color and light.
